K9 Waste Management is a pet waste removal service. We removal dog waste from your yard and we offer a cat litter box exchange. K9 Waste Management was acquired by Pet Butler Dayton in the Fall of 2007.

For over 20 years, Pet Butler has provided professional pet waste cleanup and removal services to individual yards, parks, and multi-family communities. After ridding an area of filth and small trash, we bag, disinfect, and dispose of it properly. Pet Butler was founded with a specific, two-part mission in mind: to make life for pet owners more convenient, enjoyable, and safe thus affording the owners more time with their beloved pets; and to help provide time, money and services to benefit animals, our environment and community. We are proud to consistently be accomplishing these goals.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up for pet waste removal online or call us at 1-800-Pet Butler.

What if I have a billing question?

Call our customer service representatives at 1-800-PET-BUTLER (738-2885). They will be more than happy to assist you!

What form of payments does Pet Butler accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and check.

Do I pay weekly for service weekly, or monthly?

Pet Butler customers pay once per month (on your start date) and one month in advance. We use average billing for the monthly charge.

Why do we use average billing?

It makes it easier for our clients to be able to plan their budgets since they now know exactly how much their card will be debited for each month and what day the debit will take place.

Do we have to sign a long term contract?

No. You can cancel at anytime, however, and you will receive a refund for any money you have paid in advance.

Will my yard be serviced on the same day each week?

Yes, our technicians will almost always service your yard on the same day. If they are unable to service your yard due to weather, holidays…etc. it will be serviced on the next business day or a severe weather credit will be issued.

Do you work year round?

Yes, your pets don’t stop their business and neither do we. The weather may occasionally delay a cleaning (a severe weather policy will be included in your Welcome Packet) but if it’s possible to get there and clean, we’ll be there for you! There are no spring clean-up charges……as long as you stick with us through the winter.

Can I select my day of service?

Pet Butler is in each area on certain days. This allows us to service clients reasonably close to one another on the same day and thus keep your prices low. Requesting service on a day we are not in your area would normally require considerable drive time to get to and from your residence and thus would require a significant extra charge.

Although there are a lot of factors that can influence the time we arrive at your property such as new clients, big jobs, weather, traffic, etc. – your technician will normally arrive around the same time each week (but again, this is not guaranteed at standard pricing). Your pet waste removal service will be performed on the same day(s) each week unless weather or some other serious issue delays your cleaning. While signing up we will ask you if would like for us to call you if / when a delay in your service occurs to inform you we will be out the next day.

Can I change the frequency of my pet waste removal service?

Yes, we offer 1x, 2x/week service, every other week, once a month or just a one time scoop. Just call our customer service representatives at 1-800-PET-BUTLER (738-2885). They will be more than happy to assist you!

Will the same technician service my yard each week?

With the exception of vacations and unusual circumstances (sickness…etc), you will always be serviced by the same technician.

Do my dogs have to be inside when Pet Butler arrives?

In most cases, we don’t mind at all if your dog is in the yard. However, please notify us if you know that your dog is a ruthless maneater - in which case we will be sure to send in a woman! (just kidding). If it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean your yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine it. Your technician will call each of your phone numbers and knock on your door to inform you of the problem. If he does not reach anyone then he will also leave you a note explaining what happened. Also, if your dog loves to jump repeatedly on the technician we may ask you to keep the dog inside while we remove the dog waste from your yard.

Do you take the waste with you?

Yes, we bag and remove the waste from your property (hence the tagline America's pet waste removal and cleanup service).
