What do we "doo"?

K9 Waste Management is a pet waste removal service. We removal dog waste from your yard and we offer a cat litter box exchange.

 

How do I sign up?

You can sign up online or call us at 1-800-Pet Butler.

 

What if I have a billing question? 

Call our customer service representatives at 1-800-PET-BUTLER (738-2885). They will be more than happy to assist you!

 

What  form of payments does Pet Butler accept?

We accept credit/debit cards.  We also accept checks but only for 6 months or 12 months of pre-payment.

 

Do we have to sign a long term contract?

No. We do ask you to sign a client agreement which will come with the Welcome Packet.  Lynne will be dropping the Welcome Packets off during K9 Waste visits in the next two weeks. You can cancel at anytime, however, and you will receive a refund for any money you have paid in advance.

 

Do I pay weekly for service weekly, or monthly?

Pet Butler customers pay once per month and one month in advance. In December, for example, you would pay for January’s service.  There are pre-pay options (6 month or 12 month) that allow customers to receive an additional discount.  Within a week or so……..you’ll get an invoice from Pet Butler for December’s service – which will be due upon receipt.  You will also receive an invoice for January. The January invoice will not be due until the end of December (so you’re paid up for the next month). 

 

Do you offer any pre-pay discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for 6 month & 12 month pre-pay.

 

Will my yard be serviced on the same day each week?

Yes, our technicians will almost always service your yard on the same day.  If they are unable to service your yard due to weather, holidays…etc. it will be serviced on the next business day.

 

Do you work in the winter?

Yes, we work right through the winter in just about any kind of conditions. There are no spring clean-up charges……as long as you stick with us through the winter.  A severe weather policy will be included in your Welcome Packet.

 

Can I select my day of service?

No, you can request a particular day and if we can accommodate you, we will.  In some cases, there may be an additional charge of $5 or more if extensive driving is required to meet your request.

 

Can I change the frequency of my service?

Yes, we offer 1x, 2x, 3x/week service or…just about any frequency you desire. Just call our customer service representatives at 1-800-PET-BUTLER (738-2885). They will be more than happy to assist you!

 

Will the same technician service my yard each week?

With the exception of vacations and unusual circumstances (sickness…etc), you will always be serviced by the same technician.

 

Do my dogs have to be inside when Pet Butler arrives?

No, dogs can be inside or outside.

 

Do you take the waste with you?

Yes, we bag and remove the waste from your property.

 

What if I am not satisfied with the work? 

PLEASE let us know. We guarantee our work and we WIILL make it right.
